Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roof Coatings
Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is a closed cell roofing and insulation material that both waterproofs and insulates. SPF has the highest R-value of any insulation material, which can help make your roof leak free and at the same time add exceptional R-value that lowers your energy costs.
There are no known end-of-service-life figures for SPF. Generally, if SPF is pressure washed and sprayed with a top coat every 15 to 20 years, this system will last decades. SPF shows little sign of deterioration or change in physical properties even after 30 years.
Another major advantage that does not exist with any other roofing system is that SPF is renewable. While BUR and single-ply roofs must be removed and replaced after their usable lives, SPF roofs can be repaired and recoated to offer an indefinite life expectancy.

How SPF Roofing Is Installed
A seamless, self-flashing system sprayed directly onto your existing roof.
Inspect & Prep
We evaluate the existing roof and prepare the substrate so the foam adheres properly and drainage is correct.
Spray the Foam
Closed cell polyurethane foam is sprayed in place, self-flashing around penetrations and creating a fully seamless, insulated surface.
Apply Top Coat
A Conklin white elastomeric top coat protects the foam from UV and reflects 85% of the sun's heat.
Recoat & Renew
Every 15 to 20 years the roof is pressure washed and re-top-coated, renewing the system rather than replacing it.
